Frequently Asked Questions

Is your icing doggy friendly?

Yes - our icing is from a DEFRA approved supplier using using human grade ingredients.

Albumen, Maltodextrin

Can my puppy have your treats?

Yes- Our treats are suitable for all puppies from 12 weeks :)

Are you DEFRA/ Trading standards approved?

Yes we're trading standards approved, please feel free to contact us if you would like our registration/approval number.

As our ingredients are all human grade and suitable for human consumption we do not need to be DEFRA approved - our icing is DEFRA approved as we source this from another supplier.

Can i cancel my order?

Please note we do not offer refunds or returns.

Orders can be cancelled upto 12 hours after purchase.

Personalised orders cannot be cancelled, however please contact us as soon as possible to make any amendments.

How long will i be patiently waiting for my order?

Please allow upto 10 working days to process your order (we hand make everything to order so everything is extra fresh) and a further 2-4 days for postage, we aim to get all orders out as soon as possible however during busy periods this can be a little slower.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Due to the nature of our products, sometimes cracks apear, and even little accidents happen. Please reach out to us as we will always try to rectify any issues. We cannot guarantee that the postie wont man handle your orders.
